The food offered by the hotel was excellent and the personal was welcoming and helpful. the rooms were well furnished and well cleaned every day. We enjoyed the daily children's activities that kept our kids occupied.
The hotel was located in a remote area with no restaurants or convenience stores nearby, limited dining options, and poor service at the restaurants. the outdoor swimming pool was the only option which was limiting when it rained.

The hotel cafe had a few conveniences close by, but it was far from the city center. The room was well-furnished and cleaned regularly, and the bed was comfortable. The hot spring bath was nice and private. The staff was helpful, and the children's activities were a plus.
The dining options were limited, and the food quality was poor.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The luxurious amenities such as the Spa & wellness centre, Swimming pool, and Steam room were exceptional. The outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers was an absolute delight. The garden area was well-maintained and offered a serene atmosphere for relaxation. The room was spacious and had exclusive facilities, making our stay comfortable. The restaurant provided delicious food, and the bar/lounge area was perfect for drinks after a long day. The private facilities were exceptional, which added value to our stay. The hotel's location advantages made it easy to access all tourist attractions.
The Karaoke facilities are not available, which was a minor issue as we had plans to sing and enjoy our time. our stay was delightful, and the services provided were exceptional.

The resort was located in a peaceful area, making it a great spot to retreat from city life. Plus, the hotel rooms were well-equipped and had amenities such as a Nespresso machine and a minibar. the private hot spring was a definite highlight and made the stay even more enjoyable.
The lack of dining options within the hotel was a major disadvantage. there were not many restaurants in the immediate vicinity, making it necessary to travel a bit to find suitable dining options.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The hotel facilities were great with exclusive resort feel and sufficient privacy between rooms. We had a clean and well-furnished room with good amenities, and our daily housekeeping service was impeccable. Additionally, we appreciated the daily children's activities that kept our little one occupied. Lastly, we found the hotel's location convenient with parking available outside and at the basement parking.
